HR Assist Manager

Main scope: Ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. Has a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide on decision making.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Has experience in preparing and submitting Monthly Report such as employee welfare, HR SOP, HR/ Admin Forms and good knowledge in HR policies as per Labour Act, experience in issuing Company Internal Memo.
- Has Payroll knowledge (Such as experience in handling Employee Leave Administration, TP 3 & Income Tax Clearance, SOCSO for New Joined & Leavers, Allowance & Deduction, Payroll Computation, Report and Payment, Tax Return and EA
- Coordinate and follow up Performance Review and issuance of letter, Promotion Review Letter & etc.
- Experience and able to handle Company group insurance such as AIA and SOCSO Claims. Etc.)
- Has Training knowledge (Can coordinate with HOD to prepare and offer annual training plan, able to coordinate and follow up on the related training; Can contact outside organization and arrange external training, can compile monthly and annual training reports) and has administration knowledge & experiences

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
