**ICT EXECUTIVE**

We are looking for a reliable IT executive to be responsible for the delivery and management of IT infrastructure, systems, and other IT-related issues within the organization. Experience in the System Integrator (SI) and Logistics industry will be added advantage

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Networking
- 3-4 years of relevant working experience supporting IT Infrastructure and service delivery.
- Having experience in development/support/management for mainstream industry solutions will be an added advantage. (HPE Aruba/Juniper Routing & Switching, Ruckus Wireless, Watchguard firewall security, etc).
- Experience in IT Support, Windows administration, maintenance, and support
- Experience working in a manufacturing and logistics environment, and exposure to logistics IT systems will be added as an advantages
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good analytical skill and interpersonal skills, and as a good team player.
- Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Willing to be based at Batu Kawan, Penang

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s information technology department.
- Developing and implementing policies related to information security and privacy concerns.
- Required to support and manage total IT infrastructure landscape (internal network, isolated production networks, line to HQ / Internet) and related master lists.
- Reviewing the company’s current systems and recommending changes to management.
- Act as a mediator between ICT vendors and PKT to find solutions for problems that had or may arise
- Prepare IT reports for record updates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end user
- Responsible for all company electrical peripherals(PC,Laptop,HP,Photocopier, and related software which include but are not limited to agreements and attending to technical issues.
- Liaise with other department staff about ICT work that will affect their operations and vice versa
- Required to function support for various hardware and software upgrade projects, and any new IT implementations.
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues.
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Participate in IT Projects discussion, setup and deliver IT infrastructure services for the IT projects.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
