**Customer Engagement and Relationship Building**
- Manage customer RFQs by logging them into the database, scheduling technical and commercial reviews, and sending quotations upon managerial approval.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing technical and commercial questions effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

**Technical and Process Coordination**
- Liaise with external service providers to evaluate process costs and product feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as Engineering and Supply Chain, for the seamless execution of customer requirements and new projects.
- Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of purchase orders and address discrepancies.

**Project Management**
- Oversee the kickoff of new projects, ensuring all technical requirements and documentation are accurately transferred to relevant departments.
- Initiate and lead cross-departmental meetings to resolve challenges, such as customer feedback, complaints, and scheduling issues.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Create, update, and maintain documentation in the database for easy access and traceability.
- Prepare and present KPI reports and RFQ tracker updates to the General Manager for corporate reporting.
- Organize proper filing systems for technical requirements, parts processes, and associated documentation.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
