About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Batu Kawan, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote the company's products and services in Northern region
  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Create engaging content and campaigns that align with the company's brand and positioning
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
  • Analysing sales and marketing data to measure performance and inform future strategies
  • Manage content creation for social media, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (SEO, SEM, email open/click rates, etc.)
  • Providing regular reports and recommendations to the management team

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving successful marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
