Develop and localize all products’ training material in accordance with company strategies.
- Organize and manage training schedules to facilitate product training programs and development for sales representatives.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Revise training plans to meet training requirements and keep technical information up to date.
- Analyze and evaluate training programs effectiveness through sales performance and feedback from training participants to refine training strategies and materials for future sessions.
- Work closely with internal teams to refine training materials or programs based on industry trends, direct feedback, and surveys.

Job Requirements:

- Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old & above, Malaysian (preferable Chinese)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office includes Excel, Words and Power Point
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Well-organized, meticulous, attentive to details and multitask.
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
