**Job Scope**:

- The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall technology infrastructure and operations within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's technology infrastructure.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity technologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- A desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge
- Relevant certifications in IT and Computerizing are a plus.
