HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify learning and development needs within the organization.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather insights on skills gaps and areas for improvement.
- Analyze job roles and competencies to ensure training programs align with the organization’s goals and employee career development.
- Deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees on a variety of topics including leadership, soft skills, technical skills, compliance, and professional development.
- Prepare reports for management on the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
- Support the HR team in creating career development pathways and succession plans by identifying high-potential employees and mapping growth opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to develop programs for employee engagement, retention, and long-term talent management.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees on career development and learning opportunities.
- Assist employees in identifying individual learning needs and setting development goals.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
