**About the role**

We are seeking a talented EHS Executive to join our dynamic team at Hon Chuan Malaysia Sdn Bhd. As an EHS Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees at our Bandar Enstek Negeri Sembilan location. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's commitment to maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

**What you'll be doing**
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Conducting regular risk assessments, workplace inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Providing training and guidance to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Investigating incidents and accidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to EHS activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
- Responsible for the schedule waste management.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Occupational Health and Safety role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Degree or diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, policies, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in effective communication, both written and verbal, to engage with employees at all levels
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Possession of an **OSH-Coordinator Certificate** is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
