**Job description**
We are seeking a suitable, skilled and dedicated Secretary to join our firm You will perform secretarial and administrative functions and will have direct responsibilities as follows:
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Greet and assist on-site guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organised filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned by the superior
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in secretarial work or office administration would be an added advantage
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all time
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and possess high integrity
- Ability to prioritise and multitask and accomplish them in a detailed, timely manner
- Pleasant personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Clear, professional and polished speaking voice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be adaptable and flexible to change
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
