**About the Role**

We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Intern to join our dynamic team and support the daily operations of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to business operations, strategic projects, and senior-level decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the COO’s office with research, data analysis, and preparation of presentations and reports.
- Support in coordinating cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
- Draft meeting notes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Help manage the COO’s schedule, including meeting arrangements and logistics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide fresh perspectives on operational improvements.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Curious, eager to learn, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
