1. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. 2. Answer phones and operate a switchboard. 3. Route calls to specific people. 4. Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. 5. Upkeep to ensure the reception area is tidy. 6. Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office. 7. To perform basic filing and clerical duties when needed. 8. Take and relay messages. 9. To perform any other administrative tasks assigned by the firm from time to time.
