Administrative Service Officer

Establish, administer ang maintain knowledge Management System including Project Management System, Project Database, Data Analytic, document inventory, document tracking system, filing system and data management assurance.
- Administer department budget and purchasing includes operating of SAP, analyzing departmental budget expenditure and monthly budget updates.
- Administer, manage and control Department Asset, including PPE, office facilities, office ICT and digital tools.
- Manage and organize department events including general office administration.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma in Business Administration/ Information Technology.
- Excellent in IT Skill
- Experiences in Knowledge management and database aside from document management system (i.e EDMS and etc).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
