**Role Purpose**

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.

**Main Responsibilities**

**Business Acumen**
- Understand the organization structure and company policies to provide administrative support.

**People**
- Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders to provide administrative support.

**Process**
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities in the office
- Manage overall cleanliness of office premises, equipment upkeep schedule and asset control to provide safe & clean working environment.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
- Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work
- Manage travel arrangement e.g.: hotel bookings, transport arrangement, etc.
- Manage the documents dispatch to outlet
- Manage the office front desk if needed

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command in English, Malay both spoken and written.
- Skills required: Communication Skills & Organization.
- Computer Literate in MS Office.
- Able to travel as when required. Willing to learn, honest, hardworking and responsible.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
