**About Envicion Studio**

As we scale into an AI-enabled 360º creative powerhouse, we’re looking for dynamic Account Executives who can manage clients, lead projects, and bring campaigns to life.

**Your Role**

As our Account Executive, you are the glue between clients and creatives. You’ll handle communications, timelines, and expectations — ensuring great ideas become great work.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Servicing & Communication**
- Be the main point of contact for your assigned clients
- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable briefs
- Lead client meetings, write meeting minutes, and manage project follow-ups
- Present work confidently and manage client expectations professionally

**Project Management**
- Coordinate across departments (creative, digital, video, etc.) to meet deadlines
- Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign quality
- Track campaign performance and client satisfaction
- Support proposal and pitch deck preparation

**You’ll Thrive Here If You Are**:

- A clear communicator with confidence and professionalism
- Meticulous with timelines, briefs, and follow-through
- Curious about brands, marketing, and storytelling
- Able to manage multiple campaigns without losing focus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- 3-4 years experience in client servicing, project coordination, or agency work preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
