**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's presence in the metal recycling market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including metal manufacturers, scrap yards, and industrial businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects and delivery of high-quality services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, progress reports, and business performance analysis to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services and expand the client network.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on the metal recycling industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of metal recycling processes, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in managing a sales team and implementing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and environmental regulations related to metal recycling.
- Existing network of contacts within the metal recycling industry.
- Technical understanding of metal properties and recycling technologies.
