**KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES**:

- To arrange weekly meeting with the bank partner on sales production update, new products initiatives, operation improvement and sales quality.
- Identify, recommend, and advise on new business development strategies and opportunities through research and analysis, continuous discussion with existing and new stakeholders.
- Preparing, integrating, and consolidating annual business plan for the department through effective resource allocation and coordination with various department and stakeholders.
- Communicate the approved business plans to the respective unit to ensure success implementation of strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and update business performance against KPI and analyze deviations and implications to the department.
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually business performance review to ensure timely completion for review.

**QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE**:

- At least 5 years working experience in the Takaful/Financial industry.
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Business Management, Marketing, Finance/Accounting, or any related discipline from recognized university.
- Understand Takaful business and market segmentation.

**KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- communication skills for both Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both internal and external parties.
- Thorough understanding of business administration, management and business forecasting strategies and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
