Intern - Customer Service

**Location**: Kempas, Johor Bahru.
**Internship period**: 3-6 months
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, operations, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Assist on preparing and updating delivery schedules, tracking reports, and shipment documents.
- Support in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigner by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-4 months
Pay: RM900.00 per month
