**1. Human Resources Functions**:

- **Employee Records**: Update staff records, including annual leave, medical leave, and other relevant documentation.
- **Attendance and Overtime**: Verify staff attendance for overtime, production, maintenance incentives, and allowances.
- **EPF, SOCSO, and Insurance**: Register and update staff records for EPF, SOCSO, and insurance.
- **Medical Facilities**: Liaise with panel clinics regarding staff medical facilities.
- **Claims**: Prepare insurance claims and SOCSO claims for staff.
- **Office Supplies**: Source, purchase, and maintain office stationery and equipment.
- **Uniforms and Safety Equipment**: Issue staff uniforms and safety equipment as required.
- **Reports**: Prepare and present monthly meeting reports on HR activities and staff issues.
- **Payroll**: Prepare payment vouchers, payment invoices, and monthly payroll for staff.
- **Employee Engagement**: Assist in organizing team-building activities and staff welfare programs.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations.

**2. Customer Service Functions**:

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on unresolved cases.
- Analyze customer feedback for service improvement.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and timeliness in updating staff records and verifying attendance and incentives.
- Efficiency in payroll and claims preparation.
- Customer satisfaction through timely responses and issue resolutions.
- Effective coordination with clinics, suppliers, and other external parties.
- Contribution to smooth office operations and reporting processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
