**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

This role involves overseeing campaigns, managing the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that all marketing activities align with the company's goals and brand identity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitive trends.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, and online content.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and agencies.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team to improve performance and creativity.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and brand strategy.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, Canva, etc.).
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
