Job Summary:
Indoor Sales Executive Support sales operations by managing orders, delivery, customer documents, and stock reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Receive purchase order from customer to issue Sales Contract
- Stock file check the Sales Contract after get approval from Executive of Sales Support Team
- Printing Sales Order Enquiry Report
- Ensure all customer order delivery timely
- Follow up and monitor customer urgent requirement and delivery
- Ensure the Customer Profile input is correct and updating from time to time
- Ensure proper filling
- Assist in telephone enquiry in absence of sales staff
- Issue Delivery Advise and Customer Claim Report
- Preparation of Payment document (Delivert Order & Invoice)
- Printing Mill Certification and Data sheet upon customer request
- Undertake other responsibility from time to time

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Communication and follow-up with customer and internal department to provide good service to customers

Education and Experience:

- SPM/STPM or Equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Basic knowledge in sales and marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
