HR Generalist

A global mobility services company is seeking a capable and detail-oriented **Human Resource Coordinator II** to join their **regional HR team based in Kuala Lumpur**. This role supports HR operations across **Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines**, and is critical in ensuring smooth people processes for a rapidly growing team of over 130 employees.

**Tasks & Responsibilites**:

- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support for **recruitment, onboarding, compliance documentation, and offboarding**.
- Assist with **leave management**, **benefits administration**, and coordinate payroll matters with the Finance team.
- Maintain **HR data accuracy** in Workday, perform monthly audits, and manage time and attendance records.
- Support global and regional HR initiatives such as **performance management**, **learning & development**, **diversity & inclusion**, and **compensation reviews**.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with HR policies and practices across the region.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a **regional or multi-country environment**.
- Familiar with **HR systems and processes**; Workday knowledge is a strong advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with employment practices across Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Minimum Education Requirement: Diploma in any field

**Renumeration**
- Basic Renumeration up to: RM 4,500 per month

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
