3Troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings

4Give accurate and real-time responses to viewer inquiries

Required Skill (MUST)

1Experience using Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Docs.

2Excellent in typing, phone, and computer navigation skills

3Good comprehension and documentation skills

5Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.

6Have a positive, can-do attitude. You’re flexible and have no problem quickly switching gears to better accommodate the needs of our viewers or our team.

8Communicate effectively and professionally with others, from viewers to fellow advocates.

9Strong time management skills to ensure productivity in alignment with department standards.

10Value accountability across the board and take ownership of issues from start to finish.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
