We are searching for an enthusiastic and eager **Commis Chef** to join our vibrant kitchen team If you're new to the professional kitchen but have a passion for food and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Kitchen Fundamentals**: Learn basic kitchen skills and procedures under the guidance of experienced chefs. This includes tasks like food prep (chopping vegetables, prepping ingredients), assisting with cooking stations, and cleaning.
- **Mise en Place**: Set up and maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all ingredients and equipment are prepped and ready for service.
- **Hygiene & Safety**: Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- **Teamwork**: Assist other kitchen staff and follow instructions to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Learning & Development**: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and actively seek opportunities to expand your culinary knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Limited or no professional kitchen experience, but a strong interest in learning and a passion for food.
- Willingness to work hard, learn quickly, and take direction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene protocols.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
