Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

As a Corporate Strategy Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our company. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategies that enhance our competitive position.

What are you accountable for?
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, threats, and opportunities. Provide insights that inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop strategic frameworks and recommendations to guide business decisions and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and implement strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the development of annual and long-term strategic plans.

What do you need to have for the role?
- Formal Education:_
- Bachelors Degree
- Specialized in: At least one of Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Work Experience:_
- Total Work Experience: 4 to 6 years.
- Total Relevant Experience: 2 to 3 years.
- Skills/ Knowledge:_
- Logical and critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with a good understanding of commercial and business dynamics
- Competent in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with telecommunications industry trends, technologies, and regulatory environment is desirable
