**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage logistics-related projects, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and government agencies to support project needs.
- Monitor logistics flows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Prepare and present project status reports, including timelines, cost estimates, and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to relevant logistics regulations and standards.
- Manage project risks and devise contingency plans to ensure mínimal disruptions.
- Coordinate PR efforts related to logistics projects, including media communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis handling when necessary.
- Organize and participate in meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in logistics or project management, with proven experience in handling logistics projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, shipping, customs, and warehousing.
- Excellent communication and public relations skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of building trust and rapport with clients, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and project management software.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
