**Responsibilities**:

- Technical Sales Specialist

- **Job Description**:
- Responsible for business development activities within assigned territories.
- Manage and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by servicing existing customers and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize market and wallet share.
- Presales and post sales follow up
- Achieving and exceeding quarterly KPIs
- Account analysis
- Monitor market trends and provide input on latest competitor feedback.
- To become point of contact between company and customers
- Work closely with sales and marketing team members for excellent market connectivity and coverage.

Key Requirements- 1 to 4 years of sales working experience in the related field
- Degree/Master in chemistry/chemical engineering/organic chemistry, natural product, biotechnology option in business/marketing is a plus.
- Good track record in key account management, ideally within the same industry.
- Highly goal oriented, self-discipline, team player, independent, and hands-on problem solver.
- Good in communication and interpersonal skills. Malay and English are minimum.
- Must possess own vehicles
- Dedicated and eager to succeed in this field
