Responsibilities:

- Promoting, marketing and selling company product range to the customers.
- Assist in all aspects of marketing, promotional and advertisement activities
- Analyzing and reporting on competitor product and market info and strategy.
- Site visitation and measurement to confirm bill of materials for quotation purposes.
- Site visitation to review the technical issues and confirm readiness for flooring installation.
- Technical support on the product specs and quality standards.
- Compile and proper filing of all product testing reports, documentation and certifications.
- Provide training and development to customers on existing and new product specs,
- Work closely with purchasing department on product specs and quality standards set up and improvement.
- Involved in all aspect of product and production process, technical and mechanical issues.
- Involve in all aspect of the new product and/or factory development.
- Involve in claim handling, site visitation, problem solving and reportings locally and overseas.
- Assist in all aspects of operation and management of the QA/QC and technical department.
- After sales services and supports to customers including complaints and claim handlings.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Sales & Promotional, Marketing and Co-ordination skill.
- Good interpersonal, communication and management Skills.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, and BM.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Preferably specializing in Product Sales & Marketing, Technical Support and QA/QC related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
