Job Responsibilities

· Schedule technicians or contractors for service, repairs, preventive maintenance.

· Track the status of each service call till resolution.

· Receive, record, and triage incoming service requests from clients (call, email).

· Conduct or assist in inspections / site visits when required.

· Maintain and manage service contracts: renewals, pricing, scope.

· Provide regular reports to supervisors on service KPIs: response times, resolution times, number of callbacks, client satisfaction, cost variances.

· Maintain service records, warranty documents, as‑built service history for each site

· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
  • Experience (1‑3 years or more) in service operations, maintenance, or after‑sales in technical / building services environment.
  • Knowledge of mechanical/electrical / building services systems, and ability to understand technical issues.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to liaise with clients, contractors, internal teams.
  • Organizational skills; able to manage multiple service requests concurrently.
  • Basic computer skills: MS Office
  • Proactive attitude; problem solving; customer focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
