**Working Days/Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8.00am-6.00pm (hours are flexible)

**Job Scope**:
~ Maintain professional relationships with clients, distributors, and customers in Europe, Oceania, and Asia.

~ Update distributors on new products.

~ Collaborate on developing products to meet clients' needs.

~ Support distributor operations.

~ Ensure A&P, stock management, product visibility, and promotional activities align with sales target.

~ Enhance business terms, stock control, and account marketing activities.

~ Collaborate with internal teams on cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.

~ Analyze market reports to identify new opportunities.

~ Provide training to distributors and their staff on company products when necessary.

~ Manage monthly collections and supervise export and shipping teams to meet KPIs and ensure smooth operations.

~ Prepare contracts, sales reports, KPIs, and presentations for management.

~Identify and manage risks for the export department.

~ Draft and register export department SOPs.

~ Ensure compliance with BRC requirements.
~ Plan and manage overseas exhibitions.

~ Head of department duties when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales/related field.
- 5+ years experience in export industry. Preferably in F&B export industry.
- Experience in FMCG export industry will be an advantage.
- Good command English and Malay. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
- Able to travel (local & overseas)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
