**Responsibilities**:

- Develop international marketing plans and strategies in order to achieve the company's sales and growth objectives.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of the global marketing methodologies to understand the competitive environment, identify threats and opportunities.
- Ensure the export operation is well connected and comply with Customs Act for smooth custom cargo clearance activity and timely distribution to customers.
- Attend trade fairs, conferences and industry events to promote our products/services as well as cultivate relationships with international distributors, agents and strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and prioritize market segment development activities to ensure set revenue targets are achieved.
- Analyse data to identify areas of improvement, implement corrective actions and optimize export operations.
- Responsible for planning annual business plans including exporting sales budget and generating new business opportunities to maximise profit margin.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, international Trade, business administration or equivalent related fields.
- Familiar with the tariff schedules, trade agreements, international quality standards and all relevant regulations to ensure law compliance.
- Adaptability, results driven, proactive, resourceful with multi-tasking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel (both local and overseas) independently.
- Proven work experience as an Export Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in international sales and distribution is preferred.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
