Role summary
The Head, Export Sales, is responsible for developing and executing the company's international sales strategy, ensuring market expansion and revenue growth across global markets. This role involves managing export operations, building strong relationships with international clients, and identifying new market opportunities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets in international markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in export markets, expanding the company's global footprint.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, and key customers to drive sales.
Manage export sales operations, including pricing, shipping, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with international customers to maximize profitability.
Lead and mentor the export sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with internal teams such as production, supply chain, and marketing to ensure product availability and timely delivery to international markets
Qualifications/Requirements
MS Office Suite
Strong knowledge of international sales and export operations, including shipping, pricing, and documentation.
Familiarity with global trade regulations, import/export laws, and customs requirements.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute export strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
Sales Management: Experience in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting for international markets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM13, RM18,000.00 per month
