Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results -driven Export Business Executive to manage and grow exportsales, build strong distributor relationships, and drive brand awareness in international markets. Theideal candidate will combine business development, marketing strategy, and operational oversight toachieve export sales targets while ensuring smooth supply chain operations and compliance withcompany standards. Key Responsibilities: Distributor & Trade Management: Build strong distributor relationships, drive performance, andexpand product distribution. Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, andproduct launches to increase brand visibility and profitability. Sales & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, track stock, and ensure timely delivery andpayment collection. Product & Market Support: Support new product development, improvements, andcost -reduction initiatives; analyze market trends and competitor activity. Consumer & Brand Engagement: Enhance brand awareness through marketing campaigns, socialmedia, and promotional activities. Supply Chain & Compliance: Support supply chain projects and ensure adherence to companystandards (Food Safety, Environmental, Halal, etc.).RequirementsProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong background in sales and marketing, with a results -driven mindset. Experience in consumer food products and the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies. Willingness to travel frequently to support business and customer activities.
