Requirements
1. Academic Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Admin, or
- Relevant Professional Certificates
2. Language:
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
3. Work Experience
- We encourage fresh graduated to apply
4. IT Skills and Knowledge
- Sufficient knowledge and experience in SQL or other similar software
5. General Requirements
- Ability to multitasking
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Good analytical and problem-solving
- Good co-ordination, interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
- Earnest work attitude, positive and motivated
- Results orientated, pro-active and good time management
- Ability to work under pressure.

- Petaling Jaya
- Cheras, Selangor

**Responsibilities**:
1. Finance and Account
- Proper maintenance of financial records, documentations and filling to support all accounting entries.
- Assist in handling of account receivable, accounts payable, cash management, bank reconciliation, taxation etc.
- Preparing payment voucher, claims, data entry and etc.
- Manage operational related reporting and ensure that monthly and annual financial and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner.
- Ensure on-time submission and accuracy of financial and management reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Attend to any ad-hoc task/analysis requested by the management from time to time.
2. Administrative
- Performs general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence with clients, handling visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining office cleanliness and ensuring all facilities and equipment work properly
- Provides administrative support to the management team while working closely with the operation team
- Devise and maintain office systems, including IT and filing systems.
- Manages bills and dealings with the relevant agencies
- Takes charge of all agreements, contracts, licenses, registrations and other legal/official documents.
- Performs ad hoc and other tasks assigned by senior management.
Salary
- RM1,800 - RM2,200 a month (negotiable)
