Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Issue invoices and prepare letters to relevant parties/clients.
- Prepare payment and reconciliation of account payables.
- Ensure documentation and maintain a systematic filing system of the Company’s day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Check invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices on a timely basis.
- Responsible for month-end, term-end, and annual-end closing, consolidation, and financial reporting.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, and others for statutory reports and filings.
- Review and enhance accounting system, accounting policies, and internal control.
- Preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budget.
- Cash flow management and planning along with tax planning.
- Liaise with subsidiaries to ensure financial reports, reporting packages, and related are submitted on time.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
**Requirements**:
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Have Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or MIA membership is an added advantage.
- Competent with QuickBooks/Intuit Account Software.
- Familiar with any accounting system is an added advantage.
- A good understanding of financial management obligations.
- Able to meet group reporting datelines.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
