Job Scope:

- Provide product training specific to the stakeholders according to the state/provincial localization requirements
- Develop, localize, revision and optimization of training material and technical instructions
- Preparing and presenting the training materials and other related supporting materials as per need
- Partner with Sales Management Team to uncover and assess training needs of related stakeholders and sales staff for all assigned products and solutions
- Track, measure and evaluate training programs and the results after training
- Participation in the development of training courses and materials with regards to product
- Design, prepare, produce and deliver training packages at an appropriate level
- Stakeholders - Promoters, Floor Sales Staff, Sales Team, Internal Team
- Attend trainer and promoter meetings as per required
Job Descriptions / Duties:

- Develop and implement training for the staff
- Coordinate, develop, and participate in ongoing training
- Promote team building by actively participating in staff development
- Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to employees
- Identify areas for improving individual and team performance
- Identify skills gaps and fill them
- Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials
- Provide training guidance and feedback to others
- Perform technical training tasks, such as reviewing and modifying procedures, troubleshooting, and resolving defects
- Perform on-the-job training to ensure new staff is qualified for their jobs
- Mentor new staff in job-specific tasks and processes
- Train new staff in company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training plans for new hires
Experience:

- 2-3 years (preferred)
- Proven experience assisting in the development of training materials and instruction
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
