**Bid Management Team**:

- Assist in preparing standard company related forms/information
- Assist in document preparation/compilation
- Assist in document printing, labelling, packaging for hard copy submission

**Sales Admin Team**:

- Assist in preparing reports
- Provide administrative support to Sales Admin (printing/scanning contract documents)
- Assist in onboarding & offboarding of consultant
- Engage with Consultants if required
- Assist in document preparation for LOA/PO/EO/Contract

**Helpdesk Support Team**:

- Assist in helpdesk support activities
- Engaging with Consultants/Clients for tickets/issues raised
- Monitoring end-to-end ticket closure - starting from assigning the ticket till closure with resolution
- Managing ITSM tool (ManageEngine)
- Meeting with Clients for potential new projects/requirements

**Requirements**:

- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must have good communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
