Shipping:

- Arranging & overseeing export and import shipment
- Arrange local and overseas transportation (Sea & Air)
- Handle correspondence with local or overseas agents
- Liaise with forwarder, shipping agent to ensure shipment is delivered on time
- Process freight claim and billing
- LCL Arrangement

Customer Services
- To liaise with customers for any inquiry
- Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers
- Coordinating with operation team and plan for import & export materials
- Daily co-ordination of operation and customer booking
- Handling customer complaint
- Preferred with Custom declaration knowledge to guide the customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter
- Responsible for handling all shipping coordination such as vessel booking, freight arrangement, shipping documents and etc
- Preferred with Knowledge of National Geography

Job Requirements:

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an added advantage)
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in logistics firm if preferable.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Botanic Capital, Klang.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
