Customer Service Documentation Clerk

**Skop Kerja**:
- Membantu Khidmat Pelanggan dalam pengendalian dokumentasi penghantaran (contohnya, _Bill of Lading_).
- Penyediaan invois import/eksport.
- Mengesahkan invois daripada pembekal.
- Memastikan data, rekod dan fail sentiasa dikemas kini.
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telefon, emel atau secara bersemuka.
- Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan dengan cekap dan profesional.
- Menyediakan maklumat berkaitan penghantaran, status pesanan dan dokumentasi kepada pelanggan.
- Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk memastikan kepuasan perkhidmatan.
- Lain-lain tugasan berkaitan dokumentasi import/eksport dan khidmat pelanggan.
**Syarat-syarat**:
- Minimum 2-3 tahun pengalaman dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dalam industri penghantaran barang (_freight forwarding_).
- Pengalaman dalam Penghantaran Laut Import dan Eksport adalah satu kelebihan.
- Pengetahuan tentang peraturan kastam dan dokumentasi Import/Eksport Laut.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam persekitaran yang pantas dan berasaskan tarikh akhir, dengan pengawasan minimum.
- Mesti seorang pemain pasukan dengan sikap dan tingkah laku kerja yang baik.
- Keupayaan untuk melakukan pelbagai tugas, mengutamakan tugasan, dan mengurus masa dengan berkesan.
- Kemahiran perkhidmatan pelanggan dan susulan yang cemerlang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
