Key Responsibilities:
- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to HR policies and compliance.
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
- Able to start immediately by March 2025
- Currently pursuing final year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
