Assistant Project Manager #construction

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing the overall construction project lifecycle from start to finish.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
- Monitor site progress, resolve issues, and report updates to the Project Manager regularly.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, site records, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Support the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Attend project meetings and help track action items and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local construction laws.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction project coordination or site supervision.
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD is a plus).
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,047.24 - RM7,540.01 per month
