Report on management regarding sales results and productivity (daily/weekly and monthly)
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Prepare and present the monthly/yearly financial report to Management.
- Manage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Overseeing overall financial management, planning, systems and controls
- Overseeing, ordering and tracking all of the raw material, supplies, equipment and other inventories needed.
- Engaging and dealing with all the vendors involved
- Managing quality assurance programmes.
- Setting and reviewing operations budgets according company policies.
- Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
- Compiling billings, invoices, and receipts to be submitted to in house account assistant or special officer.
- Monitoring staff performance / service / appearance on a regular basis comply with all health and safety regulations and all must be documented
- Provides guidance and SOP to employee.
- Confirms that health and safety are followed and must be documented.
- Handle staff recruiting, training, directing, scheduling and appraising talented personnel.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Plans, establish target sales, KPI’s, schedules and reviews workload, policies & procedures and manpower on a cost-effective basis and must be documented.
- Conducting staff and outlet managers by branch monthly meeting to discuss and to resolve the current issue in daily business and all minute or reports must be documented.
- Assisting in promoting Dapur Mama via several channels such as, social media, print ads (newspaper, leaflet & tourism magazine), external delivery service provider and paid search
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising outlet manager, restaurant staff, maintaining a positive work environment, handling employee issues, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal,external customer service and identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Liaise with Outlet Manager to collate and respond to all customer correspondence, ensuring this is communicated to the entire Food and Beverage team, where appropriate.
- Overseeing reservation systems, managing bookings, and coordinating special events or private functions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
