**JOB SUMMARY**

Oversees and supports the operations of the restaurant and banquet function to ensure profitability and an enjoyable dining experience. He/She is responsible to supervise operations at the restaurant, lounge and other function area of the resort. His/her duties will include scheduling shifts, training and maintain the service standard as per hotel expectation. He/She should also address customers’ complaints and queries in a swift, courteous manner. An Outlet Manager is expected to implement measures to minimize costs and improve profitability. He/She will play a role to contribute to the professional development of staff.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) guideline and highest standard of product and services
- Ensure all outlets are in orderly manner in terms of cleanliness and all equipment are in good working condition.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service, identify guest needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Supervise and ensure that all service staff are in proper uniform and adhere to the resort’s grooming standards.
- Report on management regarding revenue results and productivity of the outlets on a daily basis
- Manage, lead and oversees the functional of all F&B team members, including recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel, revenue and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
- Communicate with Kitchen Team regarding menu descriptions, length of wait, and product availability, additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests of the guests to the kitchen team.
- Monitor, analyze and control all staff and inventory cost. This includes preparing the appropriate reports, charts, and schedule to ensure that budgets are met or exceeded while quality is maintained and improved.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Food service: 5 years (required)
