**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experience F&B Assistant Unit Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the non-halal Chinese buffet establishment for a multinational corporation. This role plays a pivotal role in supervising the waitstaff, managing service flow, and maintaining high service standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proficient in reception service and provide exceptional customers services at the reception.
- Responsible to manage and supervise the front-of-house daily operations of the non-halal Chinese restaurant.
- Responsible for handling the VIP reservations and fine-dining service
- Responsible for the VIP room cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring its readiness at all times.
- Responsible to ensure the compliance of food safety and work safety of the operations
- Provide training and retraining to new staff and all team members.
- Provide toolbox talks daily.
- Supervise the preventive maintenance service and repair for the facility and kitchen equipment
- Responsible for the required inventory reports and other business reports.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- Responsible for the festive decorations and other events
- Support the Unit Manager whenever necessary.
- Any other jobs as required

**Qualifications and Requirements：**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese language
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
