Salary Range: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 (Excluded sales commission) (Depending on experience)

Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing

Location Based: East Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand the customer base within East Malaysia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling, with a focus on the local market.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations tailored to the needs of East Malaysia based clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns specific to the region.
- Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and regional industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare and submit regional sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
- Attend regional sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferences.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while representing the company in the East Malaysia region.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven successful sales experience, ideally in B2B, with a preference for experience in the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in the East Malaysia region.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated, proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; a background in the tourism industry or familiarity with the East Malaysia market is a strong advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across East Malaysia and occasionally to other regions if required.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to East Malaysia.
