Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance: Track and report on sales performance, ensuring that targets are met, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive sales success.

Budget Management: Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet sales goals.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Negotiation and Closing: Oversee and assist with high-value deals, negotiations, and closing sales with key clients.
