1. To be responsible for secretarial functions i.e. typing, stenography, filing, sorting of incoming mail and others.
2. To perform reception function such as arrange appointments, receive visitors, channel telephone calls.
3. To maintain confidential records and information.
4. To arrange and coordinate meeting on behalf of the Executive Director
5. Take minutes of meeting and may monitor action plans for the Executive Director.
6. To arrange for travel itinerary and hotel booking for Executive Director.
7. To undertake other job responsibilites as and when required by the Management.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
