**What you’ll be doing**:
- Assist in following up on received payments from clients and partners.
- Handle sorting and verification of staff claims, expenses, and allowances.
- Maintain both hard and soft copies of financial and administrative documents for easy retrieval and audit compliance.
- Support the preparation and submission of e-invoices.
- Assist in yearly audit preparations with the finance team.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the day-to-day operations of the office.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to handle confidential data with care and discretion.
- Basic understanding of accounting procedures is an added advantage.
- Experience using AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.
