**Position overview**:
Leading our Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Your responsibilities will include:
**Operations and Project Management**
- Lead bid and quotation preparation to meet client needs in prefabrication, engineering, personnel deployment, and supply, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality alignment.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings to convey manufacturing requirements and align on project goals.
- Oversee production efficiency, ensuring adherence to best practices, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Continuously refine operational processes and policies, improve documentation, and analyze productivity metrics.
- Manage and monitor projects from schedule, cost, and progress perspectives.
- Ensure proper resource allocation, equipment availability, import/export processes and logístical support for seamless project execution
- Coordinate with engineering teams to align drawings, fabrication standards, and workshop execution
- Prepare project summaries and financial reports for senior management review.
- Contribute to group meetings (engineering, operations, and others as required).
- Oversee personnel deployment, including resource scheduling, mobilization, visa, and travel arrangements.
- Implement Quality Management System and ensure adherence in all facets of the Operational side of the business

- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to maintain a skilled, motivated workforce.
- Monitor and enhance staff competencies, including offshore certifications, to maintain operational excellence.
- Foster a positive work environment that drives engagement

**Client and Supplier Relationship Management**
- Engage in business development initiatives to attract and retain clients, expanding the company’s footprint in existing and new markets.
- Organize regular meetings with clients and contractors to maintain strong relationships and ensure responsiveness to client requests.
- Conduct client visits and surveys onsite (offshore/onshore) as needed.
- Oversee commercial agreements, including purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

**Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**
- Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Promote and lead a strong safety culture, reinforcing best practices across all levels.

**Profile**:

- **
Educational background**: Engineering degree preferred, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- ** Industry knowledge**: Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements plus an experience in handling medium to large closed loop Engineering Projects and operations management.
- ** Essential technical skills**: Technical knowledge of welding processes (GTAW, SMAW, FCAW), Understanding of related standards (ASM B31.3, API, ASME IX, AWSD1.1) and technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural). Knowledge of High Pressure piping (5,000psi, 10,000psi, 15,000psi WP) is beneficial.
