- Position Title**:HR cum Admin Officer / HR Administrator**:
- Working Location: Pasir Ris
- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5.45 PM)
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process payroll using Easypay software for around 50 headcounts.
- IR8A submission, IR21 tax clearance.
- Preparation and submission of government labour surveys.
- Handle foreign worker levy waiver, government childcare/maternity claims.
- Update HR-related SOPs & prepare HR letters.
- Prepare documents for staff annual performance appraisal.
- Responsible for full recruitment process from job posting till onboarding.
- Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
- Handle workers’ enquiries such as salary matters and grievances if any.
- Liaise with vendors on office/building maintenance.
- Prepare memos in English and Mandarin.
- Manage outsourced cleaning vendor.
- Liaise with vendors on servicing of office equipment.
- Assist with administrative duties such as renewing of company’s licenses.
- Assist in company welfare matters.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements of Directors and Sales Team.
- Provide secretarial support to management when necessary.
- Assist in other duties assigned by supervisor as and when necessary.
