**Outlet Operations**

1. To ensure that day-to-day operations are carried out smoothly by outlets, in accordance with company’s pre-set procedure and workflows which are defined and documented in the following manuals:
a. Human resource policies and procedures manual

b. Operations SOP manual

2. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency.

3. To encourage a high level of customer service among staff.

4. To be aware of competitors’ activities, F&B trends, new / potential sites, change in consumer demands, tastes and habits and of Government legislations. Thereafter, to update Operation Manager on new developments pertaining to F&B operations.

5. Ensure quality consistency across the region.

6. Responsible to motivate subordinates to achieve the company / department goals and company’s vision and mission.

7. Conducting staff appraisal and moderate performance rating of subordinates to ensure overall consistencies.

8. Identify staff’s potential and groom the team to take on greater responsibilities, and for future succession planning.

9. Collaborate with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives.

**Sales & Profit**

1. To drive the team in maximizing sales and profitability in the region.

2. Must have an in-depth understanding of the market. To maintain competitive awareness by continuously monitoring the competition and then reacting accordingly to maintain the business advantage.

3. To monitor and ensure outlets achieve budgeted sales and targeted PAC.

4. To monitor profitability of the region and ensure outlet’s performance is within control.

5. Ensuring outlets food cost, labor cost and expenses are within pre-approved budget.

6. To ensure that the highest standard of food service and safety is maintained in the region.

7. To train, challenge, motivate, encourage, and provide constructive guidance to store managers and the team related to drive a better sales performance.

8. Monitor and control inventory at each location. Coordinate transportation and distribution of stock.

**Customer Service & Feedbacks**

1. To encourage a high level of customer service among staff. Ensuring all staff understand the need for good customer service and respond positively to customers.

2. Responsible to attend and ensure complaints are handled / resolved tactfully, quickly and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM, certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' of relevant experience in Japanese restaurants.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Experience in F&B line will be added advantage
- Able to commit to rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays (6-day roster)
- Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
